Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Herbal Slim Coffee. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@herbalslimcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
